Atrisco Land Rights Council (ALRC) is a 501(c) 3 non profit organization. It was created in 1980 to protect the Town of Atrisco Grant Heirs rights under the Treaty of Guadalupe. It first project was in 1980 Pete Domenici sponsored legislation to condemn the Petroglyphs which a portion is located within the Patented Boundaries of the Land Grant.
